Import demo theme error code 400

I tried to import demo theme "Blog" but it was unsuccessfull. Anyone helps me to solve this issue?
I already set php setting
upload_max_filesize (1000M)
max_input_time (300)
memory_limit (756M)
max_execution_time (300)
post_max_size (1000M)

I vote for option turn off plugin before import. It works great! However, I dont know which plugin will confict during importing process.
