Import data could not be read

Hello. I have an issue trying to install one of the "Site Library" templates. The import is being stuck on the "Importing Widgets" step.

The domain is installed locally. The plugins are turned off, basic WP install with configured permalinks. .Htaccess is present.
Let me please know what can i do to fix the issue.

Ok, fixed it myself. The problem was the permissions of the WP folders. Fixed it with correct chown command.
