Imbedded YouTube videos: click twice

Click on the famous YouTube play-symbol in red.

In order for the video to begin playing you have
to click a second time. This time on the small
white play button in the bottom-left of the video.

Is the way it always is and users will know this?

Or does this have to do with YouTube?

Can a change be made in GP so that clicking on
the bright red play symbol is enough to start
the video?
