Images Randomly missing

Hi,
I am facing a strange issue. The featured images of the post which appear on my home pages keep disappearing leaving just the anchor text.
Adding to the mystery - different images disappear in Firefox, on mobile chrome, and on desktop chrome.
I am not using any Image optimization tool, but I see .webp version of images on home page! Can you please help me solve the mystery please.

looks like your site has mod_pagespeed module found on some Apache/NGinx servers:
Check with your host about disabling this module or ask them to investigate the problem.

Hi,
I have also had some pictures randomly go missing. I am having to check the site regularly to make sure files are not missing. I am getting quite worried about this.
