Images on Woocommerce: some are cropped in shop

Hi,
on a site i am working on some images are cropped. This in a way the image looks zoomed in. When you see it in full, on a single product page it looks good. You can see this on https://www.fire-art.eu/product-categorie/bestsellers/page/2/ the bottom row with chrome cow and giraffe are cropped.
I can not see any difference in these and other good looking images.
I tried Regenerate Thumbnails, but that did not solve the problem.
Would you pleas take a look at how this can be solved?

This is usually related to the original aspect ratio of the image. All thumbnails are cropped square, so its always best to use a square original image, that may require you adding some white space to the image to make it so.

Hi Jos, the problem is the images are portrait and the thumbnail crops them square, so it loses part of the image.
Whats the size of the original image? And will they all be the same?
