hello, I was wondering if I can get help with my related products image problem. I've noticed that some products are the way they should be and others are bigger and give an error notice. I'm not to sure what to do as of now. I've noticed other problems coming from a plugin and have addressed it.

Hi there,

can you share a link to a product where i can see the related product issue ?

This is just one instance of repetitive products. if you have a look at other posting, they keep showing the same products.

I was wondering if there is a random array function that targets all products within the category because some subcategory products don't show up under the subcategory related product being displayed.

I might be missing something here - but i can't see any errors and checking the image sizes of the related posts they are all identical:

In the desktop row they're all displaying at 100px by 100px. When we drop to tablet and mobile they display at 300px.

Is it a cropping issue ?

Regarding your other question - i replied to your latest topic regarding that.

No, its an issue with related products within the categories not showing more of a variety products. The related products just shows some products repeatedly, while not showing other products. It seems the generator doesn't target the whole category or subcategory.

Is there a piece of code that will allow the related products section to target and display more of a variety of products it is displayed in?

Not that I'm aware of. The related products option is a WooCommerce feature so you will need to check with their support team on issues regarding algarithm.

GP's option only lets you choose to display them or not.

thank you for the help. that is what I was looking for.

No problem :)
