Good afternoon, we have noticed that the articles shown in the categories appear as H3. Is there a way to display them in paragraph format?

You may use the Private Information field for this: https://docs.generatepress.com/?s=private+information
Of course, in any category on the web, the titles of the articles are shown as H2 all; that is the problem at the SEO level.

In for instance Educación Física, what's the title?
If it's Educación Física, from my end, it's set as H1.

no el título de categoría, sino el listado de artículos de dicha categoría.
Es decir cada título de cada artículo viene marcado por un H2, cuando debería ser un Párrafo.

I see. Well, you can use a Block Element - Content Template.
Then, add a GB Headline Block for the Title. Set it to p.
Then, for the image, use a GB Image Block.
