Images not appearing

Hi, images (logo, icons) are not appearing on my homepage or any other pages on my site. I'm not sure when did it stop appearing. And I'm not sure if the theme is responsible. Can you please check. This is the site - https://kalamcontent.com.
Any idea what's wrong and how to fix it?
Hi there,
i checked the Logo and it is displaying a Base64 encoded image, which isn't standard behaviour.
Are you using any image optimization or lazy loading plugins ? If so can disable them and clear any caches and check to see if they appear.
