I have set up a site that is a single page made of posts.
The plan was to have the whole story on a single page without needing navigation.
I am using infinite scroll to help with the page load speed as it is a long page.
I have disabled the link for each post heading and noindex’ed the posts so only the delivery page is discoverable.

This seems to work well except we have now discovered that on a couple of iPads the images don’t load for the posts that load with infinite scroll.
The images that load in the first post before triggering the IS script are fine.
Also if you visit the individual posts, the images load, so it does appear to be linked to the IS.
The images on the first post are not set to open in a new page, but I don’t think that is related as the specific posts load with images that open in new pages.

I do not have any Apple devices, so cannot easily test this and cannot vouch for iPhones etc or tell you which firmware or browser version was being used. But it did occur on 2 devices.

    The main page is:

Here are a couple of individual posts

We’ve confirmed this issue with Infinite Scroll – we’ll be getting a patch ready ASAP.

    Thanks!

OK, are we talking days or weeks?

    Cheers

I just released GPP 1.5.5 which fixes this.
