Images are Not Resizing on Mobile

My featured images are not resizing on mobile. The featured images are huge making all other text and media way too small. I have not made any updates recently other than adding new posts. I know the site looked fine on mobile as of last week and it still looks normal when I preview in Wordpress.

Can you check Customizer > Layout > Blog Post tab if there's a value placed on Width and Height?

If there are values placed, can you try removing it and check if it still occurs? Let us know.
