[Support request] Image tag outside of item tag – causing image not to show in rss feed

Hi Tom,

I am having trouble getting my RSS feed image to show up in an RSS email campaign on moosend.com service.

I am being told that the <image> tag is outside of the <item> tag, and this may very well be causing the issue. See screenshot they pointed out here: https://sitecore.service-now.com/api/now/v1/cs/media/4geZoHCQlxNj2T9st0WxispZq7rMzKZEp28lQGhmu3VILHM7EF2PD5e0ItZIcgEN

using latest version of generatepress + generateblocks. SEO plugin SEOpress if that makes any difference.

Any idea what would be causing this?

Hi there,

I’m not sure the error message is working at that link.

I’ve never heard of this issue as the images simply exist within your post content like any other website.

Have you asked their support team if there’s something specific that isn’t right?
