Image sizes in blog posts

I wanted to say thank you for making such an awesome wordpress theme!
One question, though: when adding pictures to a blog post I have three options: small, medium, or original size. How can I add photos that will be as big (width) as the content area but not break the design?
Go with the original size - they will automatically resize down to fit the container.
The "Large" size is another option :)
