Image sizes and Shortpixel

I use Shortpixel and I want to restart my whole optimisation for the website I have.
Shortpixel will optimise the main graphic and any other image sizes the theme creates, so I want to make sure and understand the theme image sizes before I start Shortpixel doing a bulk optimise. Every optimise uses a credit so if an image has 5 sizes, that's 6 credits per image. I have about two and a half thousand images on my site, so times 6 that's a lot!
Can you tell me then how many actual image dimensions generatepress creates when an image is added? Or give me some guidance on this. Thanks.
Hi Michael,
Only the default WP Sizes x 3 (thumbnail, medium, large) are added on upload.
The only other possible image size added will be those defined under featured images in the Customiser > Layout > Blog settings.
