Image replaced with full block color

I am trying to see a preview of a product but for some reason it is shown as a block of the top most color instead of the colored version of the png image which has transparency. When I am logged into my account I see everything normally however when I am trying to view on any other device or browser, I see just a block for the images. I disabled caching from the server and sgoptimizer and i still have the same issue. Also cleared my cookies on all browsers I was trying as well. Could you help me find out what is rewriting it so that it shows up wrong? I have a couple of screenshots too.

there is a JS error in the console relating to the SG Optimizer - try disabling that plugin to see if that error is the cause.
I tried disabling it and now for some reason whenever i load any png image with transparency to my media library, it automatically will give it a background. I don't know what I different because everything was working fine yesterday when i initially started.
When I disabled the javascript from siteground I forgot to clear my cache so it was looking wrong still. Did that and now works perfect. thank you!
