Image Padding

Hello there,
I'd like my image to appear a little higher up on the page - a little closer to the page heading. Is there a way I can do this? Maybe by decrease the padding?

Looking at this, it seems I'm talking about the space between the main page header and the content beneath. What I want to do is reduce the space (for all pages, as well as the one linked with image).

in Customizer > Layout > Container - you can can reduce the Content Separator
