Image over another image

you could use the GenerateBlocks plugin, the Container Block allows you to add a Background image, and then you can add an Image Block inside the container.

I am using generateblocks premium and did it already as you suggested.
Is it possible to add third image over it ?

Couple of options:

1. Containers inside containers.
For example a Container Block with a background, can contain a grid block - and you can add a background image to the grid column ( as it is also a container block ).

2. With GB Pro you can use Advanced Backgrounds. Add a Background Image with a Target of Self. Then add another Background Image that is a transparent PNG file, and set its Target to Pseudo Element, this will overlay the background.
