Image not displaying on homepage

Hi,
Another strange issue. I created a container with a background image on my homepage.
The image displays correctly in the WP dashboard and on the browser I created it.
However, it doesn't display on any other browsers (see image and URL in the private info).

I've checked the url of the background image assigned to the container and it doesn't seem like it exists on the site anymore.
I've checked and found https://redactedurlforprivacy.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/dnd-banner-e1613507647187.jpg and it returned this - https://share.getcloudapp.com/nOuoGrbl - which means the URL isn't the correct path to the background image. Perhaps it was deleted.
