Image don't fit in the products shop frame

Hi,
My name is Dragos. I have some problems with my images from shop page.
All my images I uploaded have 1920*1080.
In the shop page my images don't fit in the frame. I can't see the entire product in the frame. Check this link to see.
Also I have some problems with my picture border. I see this images dotted...please check this link
Please help me with this because I don't find any solution.

Hi there,
I would recommend editing the image so it's square-ish. You can use WordPress edit.
Otherwise you will have to contact WooCommerce to see how to change their zoom in feature.
Not sure what you mean for the second question. However all the contents are from Elementor so I would suggest contacting them.
