Image Block not displaying cusom image field

I think I am running into this. Images were displaying before the update and now missing. So do we go back into ACF for the image field and set it from Image Array to Image URL? If so, what is the next step?

Wait a second as usual, after I post my question, the image starts to load. So for the record, after switching to Image Array to Image URL and keeping existing "Post meta field" worked. Saw this https://www.screencast.com/t/pGMsEFCpNs but do not see anything called Post meta sub field.

I have the same issue. Brand new site. Had to change image array to image url. Thought I was going mad...
