Image and text with overlay effect

Hi team,

I'm trying to do something similar to the screenshot on this link https://postimg.cc/N5WYL24m
It's a box with text right beneath an image and an overlay effect changing colour. I'm supposed to redo this page, https://www.linksoluciones.es/ and keep it as similar as possible.

I 'm using Dev Layout and Generatepblock Pro but iI'm not an expertise and I don't get even close to a similar result. I appreciate any suggestion you could possibly let me have. Thank you!
