Image alt text name

Hi,
When I do not want to show alt text at front end, it shows automatically a random name like page name + the number. (If I give alt text name, it shows correctly. But to hide the name at front end, I delete the alt text by selecting the image, still it shows the random image name as: Page Name + the number).
I saw your site and others also where it is not necessary to display image name at frond end.
Pls suggest how to hide the image name.
Here I deleted all the alt text names from Media Library, still the alt text names are showing randomly, not set by me.

Same alt text is showing below the image, which is not set by me.
Could you try to disable the Pinterest function to test?

I have disabled both now. Please do the needful.
I found there's an extra layer being added to the image which contains the random title. I'm not able to tell who's adding it, but I assume it's from a plugin since the theme does not add this.

I would suggest disabling all plugins except GP Premium and Generateblocks to test, let me know if the issue persists.

I have disabled Imagify plugin also, and the issue is still same.
Pls suggest me further. (All the mentioned plugins are disabled from my live sit.)
Now go to the page editor, select the wp image block, check advanced > Title attribute, see if anything is filled there.

If so, these aren't alt texts. These are image captions on image blocks.
If you want this removed you should edit the page and these image blocks for any captions added to them.
