I'm seeing "#more" added to links on the READ MORE button. Ideas??

Hey folks,

I'm noticing this problem on both my staging and live site and I'm not sure where to even begin troubleshooting.

When I click on a "READ MORE" link on any of my archive, post, or search pages, the link seems to add a #more value with a number trailing, which causes the user to end up somewhere in the middle of the post.

Any suggestions?
