I'm facing some minor problems

Hello guys
I'm facing some minor problems and I hope you find a solution
1- When clicking on the website link, the website appears in the first second in an uncoordinated manner, and the design does not appear, then the design appears again completely..Why are the elements not shown when clicking directly?
2- Fonts? Do used fonts appear immediately? First appears the system font, then the font used? Why is this happening?
3- Why does the mobile menu not appear in its correct place from the first time? There is a picture attached for clarification
4- In Element, 2 elements were designed for the header of the top menu.. The element of the home page does not appear correctly, why?

1. This is usually a caching issue. Can you disable all plugins except GP Premium and GenerateBlocks to test?
I believe this is the issue for question 2 and 3 as well.
