Idea child Theme - Add a secondary menu

I'd like to add a secondary menu below the header on all pages but cannot figure how to do it.

What are you struggling with?
Activate the Secondary Navigation module:

Then create a menu and assign it to the secondary menu:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-the-wordpress-menu-builder/#create-a%C2%A0new-menu
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-the-wordpress-menu-builder/#setting-a-theme-location
Then set the location to Below Header:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/secondary-navigation-location/
That should be it.

I was missing the last part.
