I copied your site footer content to my site, it displays nicely without any issues.

So it looks like the issue only occurs on your site. Any chance you can disable all other plugins and switch back to the parent theme to test?

I have just tried all of those things and they are not showing

What role does the user have who is adding these icons?

WordPress can strip SVG HTML from the editor if the user isn't a "super admin".
