These icons that come w/ Vinyasa are inserted through the Headline block's icon settings as shown here:

If you want these replaced, simply remove the inserted <svg> ....</svg> markup and replace it with your own.

Icon colors are adjusted within the block settings too. It's on the color settings right above the icon settings.
