icon justify for all devices

See there is a clickable finger type button after every post I tried it to middle it with margin but it is not fixed in all devices so is there any other way in CSS to make those icons in the middle of that gradient box for all devices?

Yep perfectly did it actually I did try that earlier now with that I just filled the horizontal space and its perfect in all device
