Would it be possible to add icons (Font Awesome or similar) before menu item at navigation bar.

Thanks Tom.
Hi there,
Absolutely! Go into "Appearance > Menus", and open your menu items.
When they're opened, you'll see they each have a "Navigation label".
In the navigation label before the text, add the HTML for your font awesome icon.
For example, the home icon: <i class="fa fa-home"></i>

Let me know if you need more info :)
Thanks Tom. It's easy! ;) when you point out. :)
What if I want to add custom image icon (like those icons - http://roundicons.com/) instead of Font Awesome icon? Could that be possible too?
For sure, you can add any HTML you want to the navigation label, including images :)
How to change the icon size?
The size would inherit from the menu item text size which you can change in the customizer.
Or are you wanting different a size from the menu texts?
That case you can see the example here: http://fontawesome.io/examples/
