I want to make Menu. but not Hover.

Have you checked the Off-Canvas font size in Customize > Typography? Does it match your Primary Navigation font size?

But After I modified it, it has still different font size.

There is only one font size control menu in Off-Canvas typo section.

But My homepage mobile menu font size is very various size.

Looking at the computed styles for your mobile menu and off-canvas menu elements in developer tools, I'm seeing both are displaying at 13px. Which one doesn't look like it's displaying at 13px for you?

We intentionally don't allow uploading to our server.

Instead, you can upload the screenshots to your Media Library and share the URLs privately, or use a file sharing service :)
