I want to customize the secondary nav menu

I want secondary menu options on Blogs Page, but not on the Homepage.
Hi there,
in Dashboard > Appearance > Generate Press. Activate the Disable Elements and Elements Module.
Then create a Appearance > Elements > New Layout Element:

Here you can Disable the Secondary Navigation and set the Display Rules to the areas you want to remove it.
