I want to create child theme

Hello I want to create child theme for my genereatepress theme.
The problem is I have already made some customizations and I dont want them to be erased.
Can you help me making the child theme ?

Read carefully before proceeding and if you have any CSS in Customizer > Additional CSS you will want to copy that into a text editor so you can then add it to your child theme.
Ok so I have installed the child theme and made all changes except one that I am not able to fix
It seems that the header navigation buttons in left to right instead of right to left.
