I want to add blog section as separate page(where all posts included) in website

Hey Hi,
I want to add blog section as separate page(where all posts need to be displayed whenever I publish new post) in my website.
Example: https://elementor.com/ (Main website)
https://elementor.com/blog/ (This is the blog where they post latest posts)
Note: In my main URL, I have a static page as featured page(Just like a landing page) and posts should be there in blog section.
I think you got my point. can you please help me with this. It's really needed for me

go to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Reading.
If you have assigned your home page to display a static page, you can then assign a specific page for your Posts Page (aka Blog).

I set it up in reading section now I am able to see all the posts in blog but I have one more query that if more posts are going to addup then in blog section we are going to get pagination 1,2,3..Now I don't want these pagination pages to be indexed in SERP because it will create duplicate post issue. can you please tell me a solution for this thanks

Why would those pages cause duplicate content? What content is being duplicated?
