Hi i am new to GP and want to create a header same like https://betterelectricians.com.au/ this site header Please help me out.

Here are some steps you can try.
1. Create a Block Element - Hook. Hook it to menu_bar_items. Set the Display rule location to "Entire Site". Reference: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/block-element-hook/
2. Add a GB Button and design it as you want. Reference: https://docs.generateblocks.com/article/buttons-overview/
