I want the site title to show on all pages beside the menu bar

Hi,

On the vacation theme, the site title is in the top left corner beside the primary menu on the home page, however the site title doesnt appear on other pages and posts. I'd like that whole top bar, primary menu AND site title to appear across the whole site.

Any idea how to do this?

Not sure I understand your question, by saying site title do you mean this part I highlight in red in the below screenshot?

It's a part of the logo, the site tile is set to hidden across the entire site. So I'm not sure what exactly you are talking about.
