I want my navigation below the page header

Hello,

I want different background images on every page so I used the page header.
In the link you see that the navigation is set over the page header, but I want my navigation below the page header. Can anyone help me how I manage to do that. I also found out that the page header image is shown larger than the container. I can't find out why that is.
