I want my blog messages on every different menu item

Beste People,
i have 4 subjects on my home menu. so when i click on 1 subject i see a blanket page. but i want here all my blogs about that subject. and i want this at every subject. how can i do that?

Hi there,
1. Edit your Posts and give each of them a Category.
2. Dashboard > Appearance > Menus - add Categories to your menu.
