I need a different format for the site tagline

At the moment, the text under the logo is incorporated into the logo. It doesn't look as crisp as the text widget on the right (with the contact details) and becomes blurry on larger screens.

Is there a way to add text directly under the logo so it looks exactly like in the logo image?

Hi Leo

Thanks for your response. Using the hook still lays out the text in a long line. I need it to be as shown (link above). Is there a way to do this?
I haven't created an SVG before so this would be the long route for me, I'd prefer a shorter one!
