Hello, I'm trying to put a header to my current latest page but for some reason, I can't make a home or blog page. How do I add a header to the current page?

I can't make a homepage nor blog page it gives me an error. Also, can you look at my website on mobile my logo isnt showing.

You cannot edit the blog page like a static page as it's automatically generated by WordPress - it just displays the posts that you published.
Okay when I put my url in https://gtmetrix.com/ there saying I have some problems can you look into at for me.
