I installed and Activated Them but Old Them Still Shows

Greetings Lovely People. Please Am having a problem with My site. I Installed WordPress and they had to force me to cheese a theme during installation. After that, I installed generatepress and activated but my site still looks like the old theme. I edited the menu yet it doesn't reflect on the homepage. please can You help me with this. My site is https://obeddedon.com/ I just want it to be a simple, clean and fast niche site like this one https://www.mikevestil.com/

This sounds like a caching issue.
Please make sure all plugin and server cache are cleared.

I did that. Am using wp super cache. I haven't even activated it before i noticed this. then i activated and cleared cache. still same. since yesterday

Can you check if the site is using a child theme?
While the site is actually using GeneratePress, the template itself seems modified. This usually means either the parent theme's template files have been tampered or the site is using a child theme for its .php templates.
