I have GP Premium, need I upgrade Generate Press?

Hello,
I have GP Premium 2.1.2 installed, and Generate Press Theme "disabled" as the screenshot below
But I constantly get a message ask me to update the Generate Press.
The question is, I have to update the Generate Press? Thank you

that looks like a really old version of the Theme.
You should update it, but i would recommend doing so on a staging server. There should not be any issues but a LOT has changed since that old version. At least make a backup :)
