I have a problem with page header parallax effect. Oct 2020

I added it only on the blog page.
Opened it in edit and put it in the simple CSS at the bottom of the page.
I gave you the login you can see for your self.
I'm wondering if the blog page behaves differently that other pages?

The Simple CSS metabox won't work on an archive page like the blog.

Better off adding it to your global CSS with the .blog class that Elvin mentioned.

I was wondering if this was the case having been using Generatepress for about five years designed many sites read many support articles over the years first time I have heard this!

Putting the code in the "global CSS" works.

Elvin did not say where to put it, so I put it in the metabox of the blog page.

I think if somehow on an archive page you could say the metabox will not work would be helpful.

Ideally, it would be good if the metabox didn't even show up. This is a WordPress thing - the blog page doesn't allow for custom fields at all.
