I get a failed to load request: resource http://0.0.0.1/

The title says it all. I get a failed request to the url http://0.0.0.1 slowing the page loading down. It doesn't seem to be a plugin so it must be something in the theme? Since its an empty ip of some sorts I cant locate the problem.

This shouldn't be a theme issue.
So the issue occurs when all plugins are disabled except GP Premium?
Any custom functions or child theme?

I really thought it was the gp premium plugin but it seemed that I still had one other plugin running causing the problem. It was a gdpr cookie plugin causing the error.
