I created a site with Generatepress and I forgot to install a child theme!:( (I used simple CSS to create my own styles and I also changed the preferences in “Customize”) How can I solve this now? Thanks July 10, 2017 at 4:59 am #346910 Jamal Hi There is probably nothing to be worried about, please see this https://docs.generatepress.com/article/adding-css/ July 10, 2017 at 6:00 am #346936 Gustavo Hi Jamal, If I install the child theme now, will the css styles and customization be retained or will they be deleted? July 10, 2017 at 7:50 am #346993 Jamal In this particular case i don’t believe you will lose anything but it doesn’t hurt to always make a backup first.
