When on the customizer, can your Right Click > Inspect the page to open the Browser Developers tools, check the Console tab, are there any errors ?

Hmm I don’t believe that’s the issue.

Can you try another browser to test?

Hmm I just activated Twenty Twenty and Twenty Twenty-One WP default themes to test and the same issue occurs with them as well:

Can you confirm?

If that’s the case for you as well, then I’d recommend checking with your hosting support and showing them the issue in a default theme environment.

We haven’t had other reports on this issue so I’m pretty confident that it’s not a theme related issue.
