[Resolved] I do not see header

I have created a header with elementor and I have saved it in my library. Subsequently I have put your Shortcode in the content of a Page Header.
Finally I created a page, where I used this Page Header as a header, plus the option of sidebars.
The problem: the header is not displayed. Do you know how I can solve it?
