I dint see anywhere the containbox icon..

While selecting the blocks, I noticed when I click to browse all blocks but Container is not available???

Can I use this https://ultimategutenberg.com/ to improve our website design and the main concern is that it won't affect the website speed?
You can definitely use that plugin as well but I'd say that GB is the better option to go.
As for the website speed, you will need to run a speed test before and after to determine that.

Last queries I would like to know how to add these details on the top bar on the left side all the NAP details and on the right side social Icons, but should not be visible on the mobile view, Image is attached for reference.
