I can't see the submenu arrows on the mobile version

Is there a way that I can hide the dropdown arrows on my main menu fro desktop, but have those arrows on my mobile version to display the submenus?

Is it possible to do it if my server is local?
No - I'd recommend duplicating the issue on a staging site environment.
This will work a lot better if you have more questions in the future as well :)
