can you try disabling your security plugin. This may be blocking the import request.

Hi I was disable worldfence plugin but its not work

Any chance you can try disabling all plugins except GP Premium to give it a shot?

Of course, this is a new web, i was give my access in private information, So you can check by yourself. All plugin is disable.
