[Resolved] I Can’t Install Site Library

Very weird, I didn’t get this experience before.

The problame, i can’t install Site library, whent i click instal, just view 0 ? in redline.
I was to follow your instrustions but not work,

I try to buy new hosting and instal the theme in the new hosting and the problame is same.

Could you fix it?

can you try disabling your security plugin. This may be blocking the import request.

Any chance you can try disabling all plugins except GP Premium to give it a shot?

Of course, this is a new web, i was give my access in private information, So you can check by yourself. All plugin is disable.
