    Hi! How are you?

    I have been having trouble importing the demos for days. Every time I try to import, I always get a Server Error 500

    Normally when it happens to me I check that my server has all the options that are mentioned here, https://docs.generatepress.com/article/error-codes-importing/
    But for two weeks, I can’t do a correct import.
    Can you help me? Thank you

    Hi there,

    Can you check your error_log file for any recent errors? A 500 error should output something with some details they may give us a clue.

    Strange, not sure any of those are relevant. What site are you importing?

    Can you try the Further Debugging instructions here?: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/error-codes-importing/#further-debugging

    Any different logs in the debug file?

    I have successfully imported DEV, MASON, LANDING, AVERY.
    I’m doing more tests. But for now is what I have managed to install

    Ah, so some sites are importing fine? If so, which sites are not importing?

    Can you make sure all plugins (maintenance mode) are deactivated during the import?
