    Hello,
I have purchased generate prress premium .
I’m trying to import a page from the sites library (AROMA), but the content import doesn’t complete and stands at this point as in the attached image.
    What could be the problem?
    Best Rgards,

    Hi there,

can you go to Settings > Permalinks and click save changes, then retry the Site Library Import.

    Hi Alzahraa,

If you right click and select inspect while importing. On the console tab, is there a specific error?

For reference, here’s an article with regards to common errors encountered while importing: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/error-codes-importing/#server-error-500

In Tools > Site Health, are there specific errors and warnings as well?

    It’s in your admin dashboard.

    See: https://share.getcloudapp.com/BluGA4RK

In site health, go to the info section as well, and view Server. Check if the values are above or equal to the ones suggested here as well: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/error-codes-importing/#server-error-500

This is done through the server side. You may reach out to your Hosting provider with regards to this. They should be able to assist you.
